All About Jazz

Do you want to expand your music vocabulary with jazz chords and scales? Learn to solo and play jazz standards? This class is perfect for you and designed for all instruments (piano, guitar, sax, trumpet, flute, etc…). This will be a step-by-step look at the techniques of jazz improvisation and theory pioneered by the jazz greats. We will cover a variety of jazz concepts such as how to build seventh chords, use scales and modes, and play through chord progressions. Best of all we will have fun jamming to music and improvising!
