About our Ukulele Lessons

Make your dreams of playing ukulele a reality!  The ukulele is easy to learn and fun to play. Whether you are picking up a ukulele for the first time or are an advanced player looking to expand your capabilities, our positive, supportive and skilled teachers are ready to help you gain confidence and competence with the ukulele. We have experts in all popular styles available for group or private lessons. Methods and techniques include chords and fingering as well as reading standard notation.

Ukulele for Beginners

Age Groups: 13-17 yrs; Adults

Have you ever wanted to play an instrument and sing along? If so, the ukulele is the perfect instrument;  easy to learn and fun to play. The first lesson teaches basic rhythms and chords to play a simple song. Additional lessons teach increasingly complex chords.  Classes meet weekly for  6 weeks.

Age Groups: 7-12 yrs

Learn to play songs on the Ukulele right away in this 6 week class. Students receive a ukulele course book and learn from three irresistible ukulele experts – a clever, classical dog, one cool jazz cat, and a friendly alligator who loves the blues. Now get ready to take your first, best step toward a lifetime of musical enjoyment!  Classes meet weekly for  6 weeks.
